1. No Returns on Custom-Made Products

- All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
